"I love being quite literally thrust into a good story! Luca was by far my favorite character.  She was strong and accepting and hadn’t been tainted with bitterness because of her inability to see. She was the very essence of innocence, with a whole lot of sass and courage.  That mixed in with her abilities made her a fascinating character"
